Support Group Meeting and Water Therapy Class

Support Group 5-6 PM -anopportunity to talk with
other participants
(refreshments will be provided)
Followed by Pain Management Pool Class
(or you can just observe) 6:15 to 7 PM
Ease your pain by improving core strength, posture, flexibility and general condition while working in a warm water setting
- Participants need a swim suit or T-shirt and shorts (but must wear undergarments).
- You will need a towel and a lock if you want to secure valuables. (Some people bring them into the pool area in a bag.)
- You may use shower shoes in the locker room and aqua shoes in the pool.
- You do not need to be able to swim.
- You may observe only if that is your desire in their observation area.
- You may use the whirlpool during and after the pool class.
- The CP Center has handrails and ramps for assistance and electronic doors for easy entry
Support Group and Basic Class Attendance is Free
There is a $6.00 fee for use of the pool and whirlpool
